Bottle. Clear deep gold with a white head that's soon gone. Funky aroma with honey, gum sap, waxy flowers, cooked chestnuts. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Old lemons - a little acid but it's not really sour. An unusual gummy touch to the texture. Dries out from slightly sweet to a finish that's lightly bitter with bracken and honeycomb. Perhaps more interesting than good, but good.
