An American IPA brewed with Michigan grown Chinook hops from Michigan Hop Alliance and Cashmere hops from Top Hops Farms. This is a bright, refreshing IPA, with light-medium body, bright white head, and lovely pineapple and tropical melon bouquet. The palate offers a balanced bitterness with notes of pineapple, spice, and pine.

Ever so slightly hazy golden, peach and light copper coloured body with a thinnish, two centimetre tall off-white head that fades relatively quickly, but leaves a nice lace on the sides. Aroma of grass, caramelised sugars, some soft nuts and earthiness, with a rustic kick, some oranges and a bit of even lightly smoked malt here - I'm not entirely sure what it is - but it IS noticeable in the nose. Medium-bodied; Fairly crisp and malty notes show at first with a nice grainy and deep earthy profile with good hops here as well, but the caramelised sugars are the strongest here and provide a good layer of depth here, that are nice to couple with the hops and malt. Aftertaste is crisp, very floral, slightly dry, but also very bitter from the hops - nice and balanced, with the crisp caramelised sugars playing out well at the end and bringing out some complexity. Overall, a nice and deep malty, sweet and rustic/nutty IPA that is dry and robust throughout that is decidedly East Coastie and not kitschy or new school at all - great to have from my recent trip to Michigan, but sad to have on a Red Wings loss day (against the LA Kings). I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Beer Baron in Livonia, Michigan on 23-October-2022 for US$3,19, canned on 03-November-2021 and sampled at my house here in Washington on 12-November-2022.

16 oz can. A yellow pour with a light haze and a white head. Kind of a light citrusy, mango hop aroma with some malt. Flavor has some nice citrus, floral, spicy hop notes, and some bitterness to back it up. A nice IPA.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear orange gold with two fingers of foam. Citrus and pine aromas on the nose with a touch of wild berry and mango as it warms up. Dry on the palate, but some light honey, pine and citrus. Drying finish with some peppery notes.
