Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Very dark brown with tan head. Lots of overripe red fruits, oak, vanilla, red wine, indeed some sour apple syrup, woody, balsamico. Solid sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Tasty!

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: sourish, funky, bit roasted, some vinegar touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sour start, vinegar, bitter, lots of tannins, acidic. Aftertaste: very sourish, soft roast, some caramel, lots of vinegar, bitter tannins. Not my preferred kind of sour ale…

Bottle. Color: Dark murky brown, very thin off-white head. Aroma: Tart and sweet at the same time. Fruity. Taste: Over moderate tart and moderate sweet, oak wood, subtle funky, fruity tart apple, hints of pear, some Balsamico vinegar. Subtle notes of Bourbon, vanilla. Dry, bit astringent mouthfeel. Over medium body, low carbonation. Well balanced, nice complexity. Nice one.
