Appearance: Red colour with a small red head.

Body: Medium body and carbonation.

[10/22/2021] Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2021. Blue session. Deep purple. Lots of berries, lacto, a bit of buttery diacetyl, sour, slightly sweetish. Very good.

Draught sample at MBCC 2021. Hazy, dark purple with a thin white head. Sour, tart fruity aroma with raspberries, strawberries, funky notes and hints of lemon. Super tasty.

Sampled from the tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear deep ruby purple with a reddish head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart blackberry and yogurt with a touch of raspberry and some light strawberry underlying. Flavor has sour blackberry with a bit of raspberry bite and some lactose and strawberry in the finish.

A dark purple Weisse with a thin lacing pinkish head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light cranberries, light mineral notes, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, a tart sweet fruity malt with loads of cranberries, light acidic notes, Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at Half Barrel Beer Project.

On tap at Omnipollos Hatt. Hazy dark purple with a small head. Fresh and nicely sour with raspberry, some strawberry, funk and hints of lemon. A nice one.
