Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet bready notes. Estery and fruity in all the wrong ways with a bready note. This is not a good Helles.

12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine - The Rim, San Antonio, TX. Pours a crystal clear light yellow color with a fizzy white head and fair retention. Almost no lacing. Bready aroma. As the can says, it's light and sweet. Tastes like a honey lager with a bready finish. Light crispness. Slick finish. Refreshing. This is a Helles, not a pilsner.

On tap at Big Texas Beer Fest. Pours a golden with thick frothy white head. The aroma is wheat grass and toasted grain. Medium body, wheat, pale malt, light crisp finish, good.
