Full Fathom 5 is North Brewing's flagship porter. A bountiful of toasted coconut and whole coffee beans are both steeped in a rich porter made up of a variety of specialty malts making for a luxurious silk liquid. A family member we don't see often, but when we do, we're full of love and warm fuzzy feelings.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2016 - London. Pours Rich brown with a frothy, tan head. Nice toasted malts and coffee in the nose. Light-medium sweet flavour with more fresh coffee, some bittersweet baking cocoa, light earthy bitterness. Medium bodiednwith fine carbonation. Finishes with more earthy coffee, baking cocoa, mellow earthy bitterness. Really solid.

Keg at The North Brewing Co Tap Room, Leeds, Saturday 5th November 2016 Pours dark brown edging towards black with a tan head. Fruity but also quite roasty a little dry also. Some dark bitter chocolate and a touch of juicy hops but also spent coffee grains. Pleasant beer coconut is there but itโs subtle, good stuff. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Keg at The Hanging Bat. Black body with no head or lacing. Aroma of cigar and espresso. Flavour of ash, coffee and a hint of toasted coconut and black pepper. Thin to medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. I didnโt get much coconut but this is a tasty beer.
