A cast of new hues falls upon an old favorite. Bourbon Barrel Blue Maple was inspired by the vibrant fruit tones found in Ridge Runner Coffee’s Ethiopian Sidamo coffee. Bolstered by blueberry puree and vanilla, these robust beans beautifully compliment the gently smoked chocolate notes found in our Bourbon Barrel Black Maple, brewed with locally harvested maple syrup and aged in bourbon barrels. Serve chilled in a snifter to best enjoy this decadent exploration of the unknown.

375ml bottle pours an oily black ringing beige head. Nose has malt and maple and booze and some dried berry, caramel, cocoa. Flavor is sweet with cocoa and malt and cookie and dried berry, some booze and vanilla. Can it be full bodied and soft? Off dry.
