Geduld war gefragt, die sich aber gelohnt hat. Seit April lag das Imperial Stout bereits im Lagertank und konnte vor sich hinreifen. Doch damit nicht genug: Georgia Ramon hat es sich nehmen lassen, ein paar Nibs bester Schokolade hinzuzufügen. Fertig ist unser CHOCOLART - Imperial Chocolate Milk Stout

33cl bottle. A clear dark orange brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of sweet dark chocolte malt and some lactose. Taste of sweet dark malt, liquorice, chocolate, lactose. Mild roasted bitter finish.

Cremig malziger Beginn. Im Mittelteil wird der Alkohol kurzfristig erkennbar, ist ansonsten aber nicht erkennbar. Süffig, moderat schokoladig ohne süß zu sein, etwas trocken. Brotig, sich intensivierend schokoladig, langer Nachhall. 10/10/10/11/11/10

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before December 2023. Black with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of caramel, chocolate, coffee and light red berries. Quite sweet, malty, gently roasty, minimally fruity taste of chocolate, coffee, caramel and some red berries, followed by a medium long, gently roasty-bitter, minimally tart finish. Medium body, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent Imperial Stout, somewhat anaemic though.
