Dark amber coloured, medium-sized, quite firm off-white head; sourish-fruity nose: bananas, citrus fruit and maybe onla an illusion of cloves, some toasted malt in the background; sweetish-sourish flavour; short citrus-.fruity finish, only faint traces of tartness or dark malt. O.K., but not very special...........

Bottle. Dark ruby color, decent off-white head. Fruity nose where leather (cigar) aroma is dominating. Roasted banana flavors. Good malty background.

Bottled. Dark amber/rubyish colour, mediumsized off-shite head. Aroma is wheat, malts, somecaramel and leathery. Flavour is citric fruits, wheat and a bit plastic. Slight bananaish notes also. Waterish palate, and very sweet beer overall. Still pleasant and easy to drink.

(bottle, bought in Bamberg) Hazy dark brown colour with a medium-sized frothy beige head. Dusty, dark and toast-malty aroma with clovy phenols, notes of chocolate and a shy fruitiness. Medium-sweet flavour, light to medium body, lively carbonated mouthfeel. Malty, slightly yeasty and fruity taste, spritzy, light-fruity and clovy finish.

Bottle. Very sweet malt aroma - almost like a cola. Dark brown opaque color. A very unique Weizen flavor - apple, pear, mild sweetness, maybe a hint of the typical banana- highly carbonated but I can’t detect any hops in this at all. This is a very unique dunkel Weizen - smooth and without the typical ’dunkel’ flavor. I really liked this one - have to give it top ratings for its individuality.

Bottle Bready, spicy, a bit vinegary aroma. Murky red brown, low head. Estery, fruity (banana, pears), somewhat harsh wooden notes. Lightbodied. Sticky rye bread aftertaste. Edgy, and not entirely harmonic dunkel-weisse.

Hazy accajou-brown; light-brown head, huge, slowly collapsing. Banana, cloves, dark but sweet chocolate, wood in the nose. Mild-sweet taste, again soft wood, maybe some liquorice, banana, softdrink. Warming up, some spicey, fruity flavours again. Fine sparkling carbonation, not at all fizzy. Light mouthfeel, some wheat-acidity. Nice soft Weizen, but there is better in this style.
