Blend of 52 months barrel aged mix culture golden sour ale, 48 months and 44 months barrel aged honey saison and 8 months saison, refermented with Rancho Cucamonga grown Mourvedre red wine grape from Filippi Winery. This ” red wine like” beer is smooth, delicious, easy drinking and enjoyable during sunny day or nice evening everywhere.

Rød tåkete med noe rosa skum. Lukter røde bær og epler. Sur. Smaker tyttebær, hagebær noe vanilje og noe jord. (Gamle notater MBCC 2022)

From tap @ Cool Head Craft Beer Garden 2022. Poured almost red in color with a light pink head. Woody, tartness, red berries. Dry, tart finish with notes of vanilla. Nice woody notes

(Keg at Craft Beer Garden 2022) The beer poured deep red and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had wood, grapes, fruitiness and vanilla. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, fruitiness, berries, wood,, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was woody, tart and bitter. A pleasant tart brew with good woody notes.

[10/22/2021] Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2021. Yellow session. Deep red. Berries, cobwebs, a bit of spiciness, sour. Good.

Tap @MBCC 2021, Yellow Session. Clear dark red, offwhite head. Funky dark berry aroma. Sour flavour, dark berries, light acetone. Nice acidic bite.

ABV: 8.0%. Medium red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, berries, medicine notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat, berries, minerals, funky, light acidic bite. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211022]

MBCC. Hazy deep red with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, cherries and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 221021
