In 2021 we welcome Helles as a full-time addition to our core range. Gentle and balanced, Helles exemplifies everything we aim to achieve as lager brewers. Rolling hills, open fields and happy times with friends - a reminder there are good things ahead.

Helles uses the same pilsner malt blend as Keller Pils, and gently hopped with Magnum, Perle and Tettnang.

Can at home, from CW online, 20/07/21. Pale golden blonde with a good sized lasting white cap ... a real looker of a bier. Nose is pale malts, grass, lemon rind, light herbal whisper, grains. Taste comprises pale malts, bread dough, light citric tickle, toasted grains, cereals, light herb. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close. Solid crushable logger bier ... really looks and feels the bollocks!

Can. Waitrose. The Sheffield store has definitely upped itโ€™s beer game recently. Possibly as a result of a big refurb? Anyway. Soft haze on a pale yellow gold. Very decent white foam stays the course. Nose has sour grain. Wheat. Fusty lemon. Hedge clippings. Hint of flora. Taste is a little sweet, with a good amount of grassy, floral bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel with high-ish foamy carbonation. Dries out toward the end. Nice one.
