Bottle from Copper Street Brewery, Dorchester. Pours light hazed gold with a decent white foam. Aroma: malt, citrus, grass. Taste: light sweet & moderate bitter, firmly dry, somewhat floral, astringent finish. Medium body with fluffy carbonation. Didn't get on with this.

A light haze on this gold beer, big fluffy pale cream colour head. Airy palate, very light and fluffy, fairly dry and with decent fine minerally carbonation. Fluffy malts, a modest sweetness. The trio of unnamed British hops bring floralness, turning moderately bitter. Light mandarin. Cooling pine before the fairy dry finish. Quite a nice gold flavour wise but too dry to be a sessioner, for me anyway.

500ml bottle, drink-in at Hopsters, shared with Finn. A stable white head over a misty, dark golden body, laces well. Herbal hops on the nose, scents of citrus. Decent hop fruity taste of citrus and peaches, underlying mid-sweet grainy malts. Citric endnotes. Soft on the swallow. Quite satisfying. (Chelmsford 23.11.2021).

25/3/2020. Bottle from Hoppily, Leigh-on-Sea. Pours slightly hazy golden with a lasting fluffy white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, malt, grass and straw. Light to moderate sweetness, very nice level of bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. Easy drinking, very nice sessionable and summery ale.
