A classic golden pilsner lager, brewed slow and lagered at low temperatures to give a smooth and refreshing taste. A well rounded beer that finishes with a touch of malt sweetness and a fine bitterness.

Keg, 1/3 pint on a sample tray, shared with Finn at Brewpoint. Bright warm golden body, white head, lacing rings down the glass. Moderate smell of bread-like malts, hints of dusty hops. Moderate taste profile as well, cereal malts with oily hops. Rounded mild malty-driven end. Okay pilsener. (Bedford 18.11.2021)

330ml can as part of a delivery from the brewery. Light gold, clear with a tint bit of white head. Smells of corn and TCP, like a cheap lager. Sweet taste, more corny notes, corn syrup, caramel. A touch of bitterness in the finish. Carbonation on the heavy side. You know that nice, crisp feel you get from a really good pilsner? Yeah, this doesn't have that. At all. It's better than the worst corner shop lagers, but it's not something I want to be paying premium price for.
