500ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - cheers Graham!]. Opalescent, amber colour with small to average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Minimally toasty and nutty, caramel malty aroma, slightly leafy, hoppy overtones. Taste is minimally toasty, caramel malty and minimally fruity as well as floral hoppy, a touch of red berries, minimally nutty undertones. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth, soft and silky, simultaneously minimally dry palate, fine, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice mouthfeel, not much character overall - OK.

One-third pint, cask, shared with Finn at Brewpoint. Clear amber body, filmy layer, dotted spots on the glass. Moderate smell of herbal hops and grainy malts, semi sweet. Mixed taste profile of caramel malts, earth, and a backdrop of stewed fruits. Bittersweet end. Okay British bitter. (Bedford 18.11.2021).

Delt med Rune. Varm gylden. Nesten klar. Filmskum. Lett karamellaroma. Smaken lett fruktig med en forsiktig tørr bitterhet.
