Rerate from tap at Restauration Kopernikus, Nürnberg hazy pale golden, white lace. Dry, bitter, medium to light body, sparkly, light yeast aroma. Old rating: 7 7 8 6 6.5 Bottle. Milky yellow, big white foam. Lime and orangepeel on cake aroma. Medium to light body, sparkly. White bread base, citric fruityness. Dry mouthfeel, quick finish.

Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, big stable fluffy white head; sweet-malty and yeasty nose with a pronounced (Spalt ?!) hoppy aroma; light bodied, mild, light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour; dryish lingering hoppy and soft malty-yeasty finish. Fine hoppy Zwickel.......
