Tap at Kopernikus. Golden, mostly clear. Damp, eggs, veggie. But the taste is alrightish: Full, juicy, crunchy, bitter. A decent beergarden beer.

On tap at Kopernikus, Nürnberg in the company of Jude and Baz Wednesday 15th June 2022, blisteringly hot today. Pours clear almost a little hazy gold with a white head, a little malty, some citrussyness, simple, good.

0.5 l on tap at 'Restauration Kopernikus'. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, dense, stable, white head. A little sweetish, moderately grassy-spicy aroma of grains, some honey and light hay. Slightly sweet, hardly bitter, moderately grassy-spicy, minimally fruity-floral taste of grains, hay, light honey and traces of lemon peel, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a little grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, very smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, almost flat. Pleasant Zwickel, very quaffable, a little too mild for my liking.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy orange, big fluffy head. A lot of grassy notes and hay, bread, citrus, yeast, sourdough. Dry hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry bitter finish. Top Zwickel, very Kellerpils-like.

Fra flaske på ølsmagning "Bayern vs. Berlin" (DØE København Nord) sep-17: klar strågul med fint skum som varer. Lyse frukter og bær i aroma og smak. Mild bitterhet, lett å helle innpå. Frisk, lys og lett.

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Cloudy straw colour, rich head. Mild floral grassy hops and dough up front. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Mild floral hops on sweet bun dough. Mild but growing bitterness. Harmonious and moreis, if a tad sweet.
