The production and recipes are based on the more than 1000-year-old Slavic tradition of mead production in Poland. The mead was served on the royal tables of the first Piasts, later it became one of the icons of the Polish nobility. Not boiled Słowiański trójniak mead is enriched with specially selected herbal and spicy spices. The long maturation period gives it a unique taste and aroma.

Bottle. Copper color with no head. Aroma is herbal, beeswax, forest floor, good honey. Taste is big herbal, honey, very much on the herbal side, sweet but decent balance due to the herbs. Oily mouthfeel. Decent, but would need a bit less upfront herbs for me to be a true winner.

Flat, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, old cellar, minerals, alcohol, paper, dusty honey, flowers, leafs, bark. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish boozy, dusty honey, minerals, paper, alcohol, bark, grass, leafs, fruit stones, soil. Slightly sweet and harsh boozy mouthfeel. Boring.

Pours clear , lighter yellow. Scent is fresh, spices, milder honey. Taste is medium full to full, elegant spices and herbs, nice balance, but less to my tooth.
