0.75l bottle, ENORMOUS thanks Papsoe! Shared with Ogivlado and Hrabren. Misty chestnut brown body, pretty much no head. Caramel, dried fruit and oxidation, along with, especially initially, soume whiskey barrel notes, evident in the smooth aroma where alcohol subsequently hits a little bit, along with a touch of milk chocolate. Fairly dry taste, dried fruit and caramel leading the way, but well balanced, with some peppery, dusty notes, maybe from the oxidation. The alcohol isn't exactly screaming but is certainly there. Finishes by a light minerally and bitterish touch. Massive, interesting, but not my type necessarily. But it's 17% ffs, and in some aspects impressive for that!

0.75 l bottle thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague. Shared with Ogi and Marko. Unclear dark amber to ruby. Minimal or small head. Aroma is alcohol, lacquer at first, opens up: dried fruit, cherry, spice, cinnamon, toast. After awhile, sour cherry begins to dominate. Liqueur, tart cherry, caramel, cocoa, slightly sharp, cognac quality. Quite smooth and oily, warming. Tart finish. Rich and complex, strong.

Bottle. Hazy coppery brown, tiny offwhite head, not lasting. Biscuity nose, slightly vinous, some chocolate. A bit of black currant. Moderately sweet, honey, biscuits and a bit roasted. Milder alcohol warmth, medium full body. Lovely.
