Ve spolupráci s belgickým sládkem Davidem Raetsem a .pepper..field jsme uvařili saison okořeněný prvotřídním vyzrálým tmavě červeným Kampotským pepřem. Vzniklo tak příjemně osvěžující pivo na léto s krásně ovocným a kořeněným charakterem a vyšším nasycením.

Can picked up from the Pilsner Urquell brewery shop and consumed at home in the company of Nick and Anna, Monday 22nd January 2024 listening to Slowdive - Everything is Alive. We had Minced Beef and Cheese Pies with Mashed Potato, Mushy Peas and Gravy. Pours clear gold with a filmy white head. The pepper on the nose is noted but subtle, pleasant bite, a little bit watery and thinner than I would like but it's ok, light yeasty notes.

# 2668; 12/2021. Yeasty and malty aroma, pepper. Murky gold body; white head. Yeasty, malty, peppery, spicy, pear. Interesting flavored beer. 0,3 l, bottle, supermarket (Makro), Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

Tap at sedm°. Murky orange body, white head, thick. Surprisingly pungent aroma - flowery, with a yeasty Belgian touch going into pepper-phenol territory. The taste is basically averagei saison - weak pear esters, light maltiness, yeastiness, light earthy notes, with heavy-handed pepper all over it. Solid, but not thrilling.
