Welcome to Vault 110. Deep below the brewery, time stands still. Our oak barrels are well-hidden from the prying eyes of the outside world. This beer has been aged for 6 months in Wild Turkey barrels with Ethiopian coffee and vanilla to add to its decadence.

Bottle 0.75l from the brewery, two years aged. Black, opaque. AROMA- roasted malts, dark chocolate, earthy, woody, coffee, touch of bourbon, vanilla. FLAVOR- smooth, lightly sweet, lightly bitter, warming, the same as aroma. Fuller bodied. Very good.

Bottle. Medium body, med-low carbonation. Rather high sweetness, not enough balancing bitterness. Moderate coconut, med-high sugary molasses, quite low roasted flavours. Medium dried fruits, dark fruits. Good, but not great.

Tap at Zlý Časy. Pitch black body, off white head. Smooth, soft aroma, coffee, light raisins, light vanilla and barrel notes. Coffee-dominant taste again, in a good way, clean and clear, with light tart notes, light vanilla and bourbon touches. Nice, pleasant, simply well made and highly enjoyable!
