A pale yellow beer with a fine white foam. North German bitterness, South German aroma profile and perfect balance. There is a flower field, delicate peach and delicious Heidelberg malt. By appearance, it resembles a gentle lamb, but the sheep's clothing is generous use of classic German bumblebees, which leave a bumblebee bite that can be felt.

An excellent companion for traditional Danish smallholder dishes such as mince pies, mock hare or carbonades.

On tap at Haandfest. It's lightly sulphury, else it's sure a very nice pilsner. Luckily most of the sulphur evaporates quickly. 757414 250509

44 cl can from the brewery's webshop poured into a footed pilsner glass. Slightly hazy golden colour with a creamy white head. Fruity aroma with bread, wet hay, floral hoppy notes, a grassy bitterness. The taste is bitter. Medium body. Dry and bitter finish. Rather bitter for the style, very nice.

Can, 0.44l. Aroma is grassy, dusty, stinky, leathery and dank. Pours almost clear straw color with thin creamy white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing herbal and yeasty, following is medicinal, mild citrusy and grainy, mouthfeel is dry, while finish is heavy bitter. Medium body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Golden with a lasting white head. Light malty aroma of white bread, with spicy hops and a touch of citrus. Dry, clean flavour of malt and hops, with a solid bitter finish that beats out most 2021 IPAs.
