A pale yellow beer with a fine white foam. North German bitterness, South German aroma profile and perfect balance. There is a flower field, delicate peach and delicious Heidelberg malt. By appearance, it resembles a gentle lamb, but the sheep's clothing is generous use of classic German bumblebees, which leave a bumblebee bite that can be felt.
An excellent companion for traditional Danish smallholder dishes such as mince pies, mock hare or carbonades.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours nearly clear pale straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with fruity hints and hoppy touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of yeast and touches of malt. Acidic and estery aftertaste with hoppy touches. Reasonable.

Can, enormous thanks Papsoe! Golden body, off white head. Smooth müsli maltiness shows up a bit, flowery, herbal hops later, touches of dry white wine. Lean, dry taste, rice flakes, flowery notes, light mandarina bavaria notes - Paolo's hint of rolling tobacco was spot on for a second thare, bitterish finish. Hoppier German pils, slightly astringent finish and not 100% clean, but good enough.

Draught, 5% at Øllets dag, Kolding 2021. Weak papery aroma. Hazy pale golden colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour has a good paper note, citric with a mild vanilla touch. Clean mild maltiness and clean bitterness. Papery finish. Good for the style.

Can @ Dinøl, Odense. Pours clear Pale yellow Golden with a creamy White head. Whisper of citrus and grass and a hell of a lot of bready and biscuity malts. Smooth and dry with a good hoppy finish. Boom!
