Virtually black with a thin, tan, creamy head. Aroma has a mix of chocolate, vanilla, and roasted grains. Taste is full of roasted bitterness at the outset, sweeter in the finish and with a light fruity tang with hints of cherry. Body is medium, carbonation is medium to soft, quite sticky. Light boozy character at the end. Not bad.
