Taster shared with Matt. Appearance: a bit hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: nice malt and flowery hops. Taste: full-bodied, a bit bitter, floral notes, slightly dry aftertaste. Overall: good.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is fresh, with a nice clean fresh hopping character, gentle oak, and wild yeast. Flavour is fresh and complex, with a bone dry wild yeast character, lots of oak, and a pungent expression of the wet hops. The wild yeast and oak seem to be much more expressive than the wet hops, but that brightness is probably partially a function of the hops. Really great.

Draught at MBCC 2021, yellow session, second edition, 6.3 % abv. Hazy dark golden body, film-type layer, spotty lacing. Ripe citrus nose, with a farmyard scent. Citrus flavours, semi-tart. Bone dry ending. Decent drink (Copenhagen 22.10.2021).

Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, plastic, sweet fruity, stone fruit, pale malt - sweet malt - wheat, saison yeast - funky - farmyard.
