Flaska från SB. Disig varmgul vätska med väldigt mycket skum. Tar en bra stund att hälla upp. Spritsig, kryddig och potent. Honung, marsipan, fruktiga estrar, kryddor, gräsig och pepprig beska. Mycket av allt. En elegant ölstil som här ges en närmast burdust tolkning. En jästbesk ton i bakgrunden bidrar till det. Ok

Ljusgul och klar vätska med ett lätt skumlock. Aromer av kakor och frukt. Fruktig smak med en lätt pepprighet med en ren och lätt höig beska. Eldig och fyllig munkänsla.

(Draught , taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 2 Dec 2021) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with dried fruit, peaches, yeast and coriander. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dried fruit, pineapple, pears, coriander, yeast and a mild spicy bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Really tasty and well made, going in the tripel direction. Very nice.

--Keg at SBWF. -- Hazy golden, rich head. Aroma of hay, marzipan and honey. Mid sweet with medium to full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Hay, soft bread and honey. Peppery warming finish with balanced bitterness.
