Bottle: Golden, hazy, creamy white head, dryish herbal-hoppy nose with a certain fruity touch (first signs of infection?), moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and a bit fizzy; lingering hoppy and malty finish. Possibly infected, otherwise quite a crunchy thirst-quencher...

Bottle, danke Günther! Light hazy pale golden, heavy carbonation, foamy head. Nice classic grassy gooseberry bitterhop aroma. Medium light body, a hint green apple and a tad sour grain initially, steams off after a little while though, after that doughy with a herbal finish.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish golden colour with average, thick, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, grainy, malty aroma, hints of cereals, a fruity touch of apricot, some protein, minimally waxy, hoppy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, biscuity and minimally grainy, pale malty, fruity hoppy, hints of cereals, apricot, mirabelle, a touch of protein, mild, bitter hoppy overtones. Slightly oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Very fine, fruity, harmonious - good!

0.33 l bottle from 'Homberg's große Bierwelt', best before November 2021. Almost clear, golden with a medium large, dense, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently fruity-floral, quite grassy-spicy aroma of lemon peel, fresh grass and a touch of grains. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, rather grassy-spicy, slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, straw and some lemon peel, followed by a short, gently bitter, rather grassy-spicy, slightly grainy finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant, nicely hoppy and crisp Pils, quite smooth and quaffable.
