Bist du bereit für den nächsten Level an Bitterkeit? Unfassbare Mengen an feinsten Hopfensorten führen zu einem theoretischen Bitterniveau von 200 IBU (International Bitter Unit). Theoretisch deswegen, da wir uns über der Bittersättigung und über der menschlichen Wahrnehmungsgrenze von ca. 100 IBU bewegen. Die unglaublichen Hopfenmengen bringen allerdings auch viel Aroma und führen zu enormen zitrusfruchtigen Wellen die den Gaumen fluten. Die Hopfenöle bedecken die Kehle und jeder Schluck führt zu einer neuen bitteren, langanhaltenden Schicht. Erweitere deine Grenzen an Bitterkeit, der Name ist Programm!

Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior D’s place. Thanks zvsn. Slightly hazy yellow. Stale hops aroma. Flavor has light sweetish malt, and bitter stale-ish fruity hops, with a lingering bitter finish.

Aroma is butter, hay, some mango, tropic fruit. Taste is bitter malt with butter in the finish. Still drinkable. Nice.

bottle from @Saeglopur [European Local swap 1/2016], thanks pours light yellow/golden with a full foamy white head. aroma of malts, biscuits, pine neadles, licht dull. taste is a bit soapy, medium bitterness, grassy, quite hoppy, wet grass, pale malts, biscuits, a bit on the heavy side, not a typicla fresh ipa, alcoholic, grainy. medium body, quite bitter aftertaste. quite firm

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and slight herbal hoppy. Smooth fruity. Grapefruity and slight pine hoppy. Bitter and crisp fruity. Citrusy and smooth fruity finish.

Tap, Vienna 2015. Tropical fruits, melons, nice aroma. Taste is some vegetables, bitter, fruity. Great aroma, a bit too bitter taste, not too balanced. But I guess that’s intentional.Tap, BKL17. Better! Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is hoppy, leafy. Taste is bitter, leafy, tea-like even, earthy-herbal. Medium carbonation, heavily bitter, even medicinal aftertaste. Intense, but very nice.

Orange-amber, hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of grapefruit, passion fruit, orange, grass, candy.
Taste follows this, with some more biscuit.
Medium, creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes pretty bitter, dry, zesty, herbal, citric, but also sweet malty.
Tasty. Very crisp and well balanced, with lovely fruits and smooth sweet malts. Strong bitterness in the finish, but not too harsh, overall hiding the 200 IBU very well. Among the best IPAs from Austria in my opinion.

Trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch mild hopfig, grasig, helles Malz. Geschmack sehr hopfig, kräftig bitter, grasig, kantig.

0,1l from tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien. dark yellow rather hazy color, small white head. smells quite fruity, pines, mango, grapefruit, more exotic fruits. very lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes fruity, herbs, grapefruit, some mango, citric, oranges, grass, light pines. finishes with medium bitterness and citric and piney notes. good stuff, its bitter but not over the top, quite drinkable actually. this would be very lovely if the bitterness was just a tad less. overall very nice beer.

Tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien. Quite easy drinking. High bitterness. Exotic and citrusy fruity hops flavour. Good and tasty.
