How: Draught.
Where: MBCC 2021.
Appearance: Opaque yellow colour with a white head.
Aroma: Sour, vinous, acidic, grapes, vinegar, tart.
Body: Medium body,l ow to medium carbonation.
Flavour: Acidic, vinous, tart, sour, grapes.

500mL bottled 1/12/21, drunk 3/15/22. Healthy pour with a vigorous head from continued grape fermentation. Large and well-retained, atop a clear, deep golden-bronze body. Juicy grapes and tart acids mix with both honey and biscuit-rich malts. Lots of grape character and it's got a good mix of fruit and acid. Lingering minerality with no alcohol or flaw. In the mouth it starts out with big, bold grape flavors augmented by tart acids, pepper, biscuit and mineral, leading to big honey and grape sugar on the end. Unfortunately, as with some of their other recent grape sours, there's just too much residual sugar. The palate quickly bogs down and fatigues. Needs significantly more attenuation, or at least I would prefer it so.
