An english-style IPA with earthy, herbal hop notes, well-balanced by bready malt.
Why does the world need another IPA? Because this one ain't like them others. We use hops of a different color, earth and herbal, well-balanced by bready malt. The result? An English-style IPA that separates itself from the ubiquitous bunch.

Bottle: Hazy, golden to orangey coloured, mid-sized off-white creamy and lacy head; solid floral hoppy nose with a delicate bisquity background; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; bisquity-fruity influences in the herbal-hoppy finish. Very good and pleasant........

From tap at Bishops Arms. Pours almost clear and golden orange with a rocky, dense and white head. Aroma is pinewood and mild fruity. Fruity, dry pinewood hoppy and dry caramel flavoured. Dry malty and slight fruity into a dry and lingering fruity finish.

Bottle. Pours gold with a slight orange hue to it, little head and bland aromas of malt and just a hint of herbal hops. Taste is a nice enough biscuity hops with honey and a touch of herbs, but it really has nothing assertive or interesting to compel me to search this one out.

Draught at Bishops Arms Järntorget, on September 9, 2010Hazy olden color, white head. White pepper, hoppy and chese scent. Hoppy, herbal, dry, bitter taste. Dry herbal a bit grape peel aftertaste. Medium t moussy moutfeel with a dry finish. Medium high bitterness. Not overly happy with this one, but I know I’m not having a hop head period at the moment.

On tap @ OT. This is a stable, well balanced IPA with notes of watermelon and grape. Moderate bitterness. Nothing special really.

12 oz bottle. Aroma was okay - malty with a decent amount of hops. Flavor was, well, not exactly what I was expecting. Malty, a bit of caramel, somthing I can’t quite place, yeast, and hops. Eh, this was not exactly what I expected, even knowing it wasn’t a "west coast IPA."
