Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Amber gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, apple pie, apple syrup, some core. Taste is sweet, concentrated apple, syrupy, caramel, apple pie hints, with some tartness and bitter spicy tannins. Oily mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, tart & tannic lingering sweet finish. Very sippable.

27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Sodermanland rating #5. Pours almost clear golden amber with no head. Aroma is rich intense apple, caramel, baked apple, apple pop tart. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, with some tangy tartness. Quite full bodied, syrupy, no carbonation. Abv comes through nicely. Good stuff.

ABV: 13.0%. Clear medium amber colour with virtually no head. Aroma is apple, iced apples, sweet apple, caramelized apples, frozen apple - baked apple, rich intense apples. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, apple, rich intense apples, caramelized apples, concentrate apple, tart apple, medium dry to dry. Body is medium to full, texture is syrupy - creamy - smooth, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming. [20240427]

Bottle @Ulfborg. Clear dark golden, oily. Apple, fermented and baked apple aroma. Sweet and tart apple flavour, fermented apple and a good bitterness to balance the sweetness. Nice alc warmth through out.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Clear amber without head. Aroma is sweet apple and heavy red apples. Flavor is very sweet and slightly acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish with lots of warming alcohol. 270424
