500ml swing-top bottle from Drinks of the World, Winterthur, drunk in the garden in Shropshire on a sunny day. Pours a very pale yellow, fizzy with a light apple juice taste, some sweet pear and sugar coming through too. Fairly thin tasting but very light and drinkable on a day like today.

Bottle bought in Liechtenstein. Nice moderate apple aroma. Slightly acetic nice dry apple flavor. Average finish. Greenish yellow cloudy colour. Oily palate. Nice.

Aroma is moderate apple, red apple, sour apple wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100220]
