Little cloudy pale blond yellow to beige beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of cinnamon, apple pie, stew pears (it’s a Dutch thing), a bit floral, some elderflower, sweet impression. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: spicy, cinnamon, pretty dry, lots of apple pie, cooked apples, apple sauce, a little sweet. Aftertaste: nice acidity, a bit sweet, apple sauce, spicy, cinnamon finish.

Brilliant white rocky head left a froth on a hazy golden coloured body. Bitter & saline aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & cloying. Pear, citrus, slight sour & chalk tastes with a subtly spiced finish. That's tasty.

330ml bottle from Beerwulf. Poured a hazy golden straw colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is pear and Christmas spices. The flavour is light sour, with a crisp, mineral, yeasty, pear and light cinnamon palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
