Taster at Tap It, in Indian Land, SC. It pours a pitch black color with virtually no head. Surprisingly, no aroma. This is very sweet, but then the sweet is halted by the alcohol. The alcohol isn't harsh; it's just warming. Medium body. Very low, almost flat carbonation. Low bitterness. I wish it had a little more carbonation. It's actually very mellow for 9.1% ABV, and I do like the sweetness, but it could be better.

Loads of Graham cracker, nice change of pace in a s’mores stout.

Pours deep black into a tulip. Mocha conglomerate head with good retention recedes to mottle surface. Marshmallow and graham cracker aromas. Thick with sweet juicy fruit, fruity pebbles, hot caramel and marshmallow front to back. Medium length chocolate covered graham cracker and Tricks finish. Becomes a total headache-inducing sugar bomb as it warms. No thanks.

Flavour is composed of medium sweet, sticky brown sugars, toffee, maple, blueberry pancakes, brandy snap sugars. Good. Palate is medium sweet, oily, moderate carbonation.
