When we pours the beer, the foam is big and the carbonation is high. The taste is bitter, citrus, soapy, a bit oily, overall plesant beer, 10.04.2016, drinking it at Lausanne-Prélaz, buying it probably at the ex grain d'Orges, Crissier.

Bottle. Cloudy amber, white ring. Fruity peachy, farty hops. medium dry body, pine, marmelade flavor. Allright, not sticky. Alright.
