Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep coppery black colour with a small beige head. Aroma is toasted, chocolaty and coffeeish with some ashy notes too. Flavour is coffee, roasted malts, mild dark fruity tones with some slight wooden tones too.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark red amber colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Strong chocolate notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. NIce.

Dark brown with a lasting off-white head. Light roasted aroma with toffee, milk chocolate and cappuccino. Sweet roasted flavour with chocolate and light fruity notes. Feels rather thin for the sweetness and flavour intensity.

Bottle. Pours clear dark reddish cola-brown with medium white creamy head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, filter coffee, dark chocolate and dried fruit. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter, faint acidic and faint salty. Body is creamy with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of roasted malt, caramel, filter coffee, dark chocolate, rye bread, prunes, dried orange zest, Earl Grey tea and cinnamon.
