Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, toffee, some fudge and mild nectary tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some fudge and mild toffee tones.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear amber, small head. Intense butterscotch aroma. Mid sweet with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and butterscotch. Low bitterness. Killed by diacetyle.

[ As Skanderborg Økologisk Rød Jul ].
ABV: 5.4%. Clear medium to light amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, light caramelized malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, caramelized malt, malt extract. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211106]

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a small, off-white head. Nutty aroma - but subtle. Fairly rich, malty body, malty sweet, sweet licorice and toffee with a subdued bitterness. Don't expect an aroma bomb, but it drinks well if you like a malty Red Lager. 160221

Bottle @ Home. Pours clear dark amber with a fading light tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, light dark fruit, x-mas spices. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, malt, caramel, spices. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation, sweet light bitter finish. 310121

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and a bit of fruit, leading to bitter finish.
