Combining two very familiar flavors - mint and chocolate - into a big, bold, bourbon barrel-aged stout. We used dried mint in the whirlpool and pure liquid cacao post-barrel, which blend with the oak, vanilla, and bourbon characteristics found in our bourbon casks. It's reminiscent of every one of those desserts that popped into your mind when you read the name of this beer. Please enjoy responsibly!

Dark brown almost black with a small tan head. Aroma mint and chocolate. Taste is also mint and chocolate. I like mint beers.

Black pour. Wonderful chocolate mint flavor. Lively nose of chocolate and mint. Like an Andes candy. No carbonation. Very delicious and intriguing

Fairly strong whiskey and mint nose, cocoa underneath. Black, thin tan head. Whiskey, mint. Full body, moderate carbonation, quite warm. I'm really not crazy about mint in beer.

Remarkably balanced, with the chocolate and mint prominent without being overpowering. Anise, dark berry notes, and molasses lead to a minty finish, while the bourbon and oak come through in the fade. Very nice.

Mint, bourbon, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Black with large light brown head. Moderately sweet mint, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter hay and alcohol flavor. Good body. Tasty - alcohol well hidden.

The aromas are roast, dark malt, molasses and barest hint of mint. Flavors are very similar to nose, on the sweet side and thankfully with mint in the background along with the bourbon. Nice easy-going stout that's fairly well-balanced. Sure don't pick up the booze.

Black with a small foamy tan head. Sweet, a bit off, strong mint, chocolate and whiskey. Exceptionally long finish. Full bodied and slick.

It’s fine, but not really what I expected. VERY light on the mint, but still a respectable barrel aged stout.

Bottle from Busch's. Pours a clear chestnut brown to black with a finger of beige head that dissipates. Dark chocolate and light whiskey aromas with mint as it warms. A bit thin on the palate like most Guinness releases, but flavors work quite well. Mint, chocolate and lingering bourbon on the finish.
