We are super stoked to collaborate with our friends across the border, Structures Brewing for one of our anniversary releases! It was a natural progression in going the direction of a luxurious double IPA, and to that point, we spared no expense in utilizing some fun new hop products to hit the market. This beer was doused with Citra Incognito and an excessive amount of Cryo Pop for good measure. You’ll get intense aromas of pineapple daiquiri, fuzzy peach candy and fresh balled melon. The body is full and fluffy with a stewed stone fruit, bruised mango and fruit punch flavour, while the lactose addition rounds the beer out, and hides that higher abv extremely well.
