We are super stoked to collaborate with our friends across the border, Structures Brewing for one of our anniversary releases! It was a natural progression in going the direction of a luxurious double IPA, and to that point, we spared no expense in utilizing some fun new hop products to hit the market. This beer was doused with Citra Incognito and an excessive amount of Cryo Pop for good measure. You’ll get intense aromas of pineapple daiquiri, fuzzy peach candy and fresh balled melon. The body is full and fluffy with a stewed stone fruit, bruised mango and fruit punch flavour, while the lactose addition rounds the beer out, and hides that higher abv extremely well. Don't walk, RUN for this limited release!

Sort of a dull tan and hazy. Thin head. There's some overripe fruitiness on the nose, but some band-aid phenols, too, and it comes across a bit soupy. Hoping for better on the palate. Well, it's not better, really. The band-aid is still there, it's big time soupy and the malts just aren't there. Alcohol is quite prominent, mostly for lack of an effective counter. Some bitterness would definitely help. It's kind of a mess, really.

473mL can, pours a cloudy orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of stone fruits, some dankness, a little hop burn. Flavour is fruity, with lots of juicy stone fruits, low bitterness, a touch of citrus, and light dankness. Fruity and almost no hoppy bitterness. Tasty but a bit underwhelming in the hop department.

Poured from 473mL can. Cloudy gold with white head. Citrus, hint of peach, a bit of chalk, fairly mild alcohol. Could be more cohesive.

Cloudy orange body and okay foam. Nice chewy orangey hops on the nose, slightly chalky. Taste is slight peach sweetness, chalky apricot, ends chalky. Alcohol well hidden, hitting its target quite well.

A taster shared with Alex (f@ck you COVID) during the 1st day of TS anniversary. Appearance: marky pale straw with a white head. Aroma: some generic fruits. Taste: good body, very soft, quite nice peach character. Overall: pretty good.

2021-11-18, can from the brewery, 8-3-8-3-16=38
Cloudy blond colour. Strong aroma, fruity and mildly dank. Sweet, mellow, almost no oat creaminess, with strong juicy flavour, sweet oranges, a touch of tropical fruit, pineapple; the bitterness is too low, a bit out of balance.
Very good.

2021-11-12, draught at the brewery, 7-3-8-4-16=38
Cloudy blond colour. Mild aroma. The juicy hops are more evident in the flavour; the mouthfeel is lean and moderately sweet, stone fruit, pineapple, sweet citrus; correct bitterness; some oaty astringency; traces of incense. Very good.
