Medovina Speciál je vyrobená ze směsi různých druhů medů a medných plástů obsahujících pyl a propolis, zrající v dubovém sudu. Medovina vyniká výrazným medovým a dřevitým buketem. Dochuť je dlouhá s vysokým podílem subového dřeva.

Pours clear, golden yellow. Scent is very outspoken, dried wood, funky honey, aged factors (mold, but not as negative as that might sound ) definately oxidation ( but not in the best way, to be perfectly honest). Taste is full, pleasant sweetness. intense oak factors, that work far better than the aroma. Rich fruityness underneath (green tree fruit like apple) . Very interesting !
