Sometimes you just want a beer that is mega sessionable. Our Core pale ale is delicious, hazy juicebomb of a beer, balanced with enough bitterness to keep drinkers coming back for more. A baby version of our incredibly popular Spur IPA - Floret is positively bursting at the seams with peach, mango, and pineapple notes, backed up with pithy orange peel form its Citra, Simcoe and Azacca hop bill.

Keg at Gidea Park Micropub. Hazy paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Very nice fruity hops. Tropical fruits and mild bright citrus. Light semi dry finish. Hugely drinkable.

Keg at Heidrun, 14/09/22. Hazed orange yellow with a decent lasting just off white cap. Nose is orange zest, melon, floral whisper, mixed tropical fruits, airy malts, grass. Taste comprises light floral notes, gentle orange pith, grass, soft malts, pineapple, melon. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced juicy come lightly grassy hop bitterness. Decent easy drinking affair.

Tap at mad Squirrel watford. A translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is big grassy hop, silage, cut grass, dank, funky orange, some onion. Flavour is composed of crisp, light grains, wheat, grassy citrus, spicy grassy hop, light mineral. Palate is semi crisp, highish carbonation. Solid.

23/12/2021. Tap at Hopsters, Felixstowe. Pours cloudy pale orange gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of mango, pineapple, stone fruits, orange, touch of pine. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slightly creamy, average carbonation. Soft and fruity tropical finish. Enjoyable. Also 21/3/2025 photo at Arcade Tavern, Ipswich.

Tap at Craftwerk, Southend. Poured a hazy golden straw colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a light, crisp, fresh, peach, mango, mineral, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Keg @ Tap & Can. Opaque, hazy dull golden yellow, medium sized white head. Aroma of pithy lemon and orange citrus. Taste presents a crisp, pithy, juicy character, plenty of grapefruit with a rugged bitterness. Appears a little disjointed and far from the harmonious smooth hazy profile of Polly's standard range. Ok.
