Dry malty beginning. Very nice malty bittered with a nice malty dry sweetness in the back. Easy to drink, fruity malty with a great sweet-dry roasted finish. Nice one. Thanks David!

Short 0,33 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Cloudy dark amber with a more than one finger pale beige foamy head. Looks really good. Malty on the nose, little bit roasted. Taste starts intensive roasted, dry malty, smokey elements. Interesting Bock.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass amber coloured, small head. Starts fine malty, roasty, interesting smokey notes as well. Background with caramel hints, some herbs, mild bitterness. Finish well balanced. Interesting!

Bottle, danke Günther! Clear chestnut, fluffy golden cream. Honeryroast and herbal flowery aroma, Medium full dry caramel foam, fairly carbonated. Sugar glazed nuts, pleasant hop aromatics, light oxidized note. Pretty neat once you burp the beer.

Bottle: Copper coloured, almost clear, huge loose dirty head, that slowly collapses, distinctive sweet-bitter aroma of dark malt and caramel, fruity background, delicate herbal hops underneath; moderate to solid sweet and mildly bitter flavour, medium to full bodied, quite soft; slightly lingering and slightly drier caramelly and herbal hoppy finish. Chapeau! A pretty decent Doppelbock...

Brown colour with lasting head. It's got quite a grassy taste which is not so nice. Too carbonated.

330ml bottle. Clear, brown-ish, dark ruby colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Rather weak, sweet-ish and minimally grainy, dark and caramel malty aroma, very light, yeasty fruity overtones, hints of chocolate, a nuttily touch, whiffs of cherry. Taste is dark, chocolately and caramel malty, hints of malt lozenge, milk chocolate, a touch of caramel, whiffs of cherry, a minimally nuttily touch, some hop bitterness, very light metallic overtones. Minimally creamy, watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium to fine, soft carbonation. A bit simple and cautious - so-so.

0.33 l bottle from 'Holy Craft' (online), best before May 2022. Hazy, dark reddish brown with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of caramel, raisins, orange peel and light nuts. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, a bit fruity taste of caramel, chocolate, nuts and light raisins, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little roasty finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Alright.
