UY Scuti DIPA. Kombinace šesti různých odrůd chmele mu dodává nezaměnitelnou ovocnou chuť s výraznými tóny meruněk, manga a žlutého melounu. Má krásnou sytou oranžovou barvu. Vyšší obsah alkoholu, plnější chuť a nižší říz vyvažuje výrazné chmelové aroma, střední hořkost a delší doznívání. Recepturou navazujeme na naši úspěšnou Imperial IPA, která v roce 2020 bodovala na Mezinárodním pivním festivalu v Českých Budějovicích. Kromě prvenství ve své kategorii získala i titul „Světová pivní pečeť“ pro absolutního vítěze soutěže. Inspirací pro název piva byl právě tento úspěch i fakt, že aktuálně jde o naše nejsilnější pivo. UY Scuti je totiž jedna z největších a nejsvítivějších známých hvězd.

Can 0.5l. Almost clear, gold to orange colored. AROMA- spicy, pale plums, tropical fruit, touch of citrus, cake crumb, alcohol. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, a bit warming, tropical fruit, citrusy, well, simply quite fruity. Fuller bodied. Good.

Poured from the tap. Hazy golden orange with white head. Citrus hops, mild juiciness, light caramel malt, resinous finish. Decent.

Tap at the brewpub. Muddy ochre body, everlasting creamy off-white head. Orange, tangerine and honeyish maltiness in the aroma, fresh, big hoppiness. Soft smooth taste, distinct orange notes. Cleanly oaty and yeasty soft body, without any off flavors sticking out, some herbal and melony notes in the background, bitterish mild finish, though mild hop burn does come up. Tasty stuff, the finish is a bit rough at moments, but big props for this!
