Easy drinking, nutty and mildly roasted with a hint if coffee and a chocolate finish. A perfect beer for a Sunday on the sofa.

Keg @ Port Street Beer House, Manchester. Dark brown with a small head. It has sweetened dark to roasted malts and a similar nose, where there's also a hint of chocolate.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from All Good Beer. Pours clear brown with a sturdy, foamy beige head. Tasty beer, lightly sweet, with soft roast, a little ashy bitterness, smooth chocolate, vanilla accents, nips of earth. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Pretty well rounded finish, some burnt toast, more mild cocoa, roast. Nice beer.
