Reddish-orange color with hardly any head. Aroma is fresh, caramely, woody, a bit of bretts. Taste is a bit more caramel and a bit of fruity tartness. Smooth mouthfeel, gone rather fast. One could really expect something more special for Trois Dames’ 10th anniversary.

Bottle from Pibar, Lausanne
Beautiful dark amber color, but with small and quick head. Dull aroma, with a vegetables note, some caramel. Lean mouthfeel, with caramel flavor, light residual sweetness, average bitterness, maybe some wood and biscuits.
Not much more to say.
