Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Pale gold colour, no head and aroma of solventy funk, pear. Taste is sweetish, pear, floral, sour, with tart vinegary funk. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sour finish. OK.

BIAB at Norwich Beer Fest: Poured an off colored clear with bubble. Aroma pears, sharp on the nose, honey. Taste is sharp bitterness, pears, tannins, tangy.

Cask at the 35th Luton Beer and Cider Festival. Pours pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma of medium sweet pears, light caramel, hint of clove and mint. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch of sour. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Cask @ Luton Beer & Cider Festival. Hazy yellow without head. Aroma is weet apples, fruity and sweet pear. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 160218
