Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of mucky, apples. Taste is apple, fleshy, some core, with mucky funk hints and light acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.

BIAB at Norwich Beer Fest: Poured an unclear golden with a bubbly white head. Aroma is apple, tannin. Taste is mushy apples, tannins, drying.
