Three quarters Sweet Alford, one Brown Snout, fermented with red wine yeast into a 2 season Priorat cask from the legendary cooperage of Piere and Eric Barthe. Aged on lees for 9 months before light conditioning in-tank. A full bodied cider with barrel and fruit in harmony.
