BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, caramel, apple pie, some funk. Taste is sweet, apple, apple pie, with wood and funk notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

8/10/2021. From BIAB at the 43rd Bedford Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear dark green gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is tangy stewy sweet apple, apple candy, apple pie, caramel, brown sugar. Medium to heavy sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice bittersweet and tangy tart finish. Enjoyed this.
