BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, sugary, some funk. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, funky, some oxidised hints. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

8/10/2021. From BIAB at the 43rd Bedford Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apple, apple pie, brown sugar, light funky notes. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice bittersweet and slightly dry/tart finish. Enjoyed this.
