BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple. Taste is sweetish, apple, green apple, some oxidised notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium finish. Quite OK

8/10/2021. From BIAB at the 43rd Bedford Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear very pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of light toffee, green apple, apple pie, touch of clove. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.
